What Our Warranty Covers

Our 6-Month Warranty includes protection against:
- Peeling, lifting, or bubbling due to installation defects
- Adhesive failure on approved and pre-treated surfaces
- Fading or discoloration not caused by chemical damage or harsh environments
- Edge lifting or shrinking of vinyl wraps
- Signage detachment or mounting issues (when installed by OZ Sign Works)
- Premature wear or cracking of graphics under normal usage conditions
We guarantee that all our wraps and signage are installed with premium-grade vinyl materials from trusted brands like 3M, Avery Dennison, and Oracal, using proper surface prep, tools, and lamination techniques to ensure long-lasting results.

Our Quality Promise Includes:

What’s Not Covered

To maintain the integrity of your warranty, please note that the following are not covered:

- Improper cleaning methods (e.g., high-pressure washers, harsh solvents)
- Third-party alterations, removals, or reapplication
- Surfaces not pre-approved or prepared by us (e.g., rusted metal, raw wood, dirty glass)
- Natural fading or wear after 6 months of normal use

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience any issue within 6 months:

2. Provide your invoice number and clear photos of the affected area
3. We’ll assess the situation and offer one of the following at no cost:
  - Full or partial reinstallation
  - Material replacement
  - Repair and reseal
Our team will respond within 48 hours and prioritize warranty claims.
